Cristiane Cornes has a Master of Applied Linguistics (TESOL) -University of New England, Intensive Course Level 4 Certificate in teaching English to Speakers of other Languages (CELTA) Cambridge University Certificate – International House Sydney and a BA of Arts major in Translation and Teaching from Mackenzie University in Brazil, she also studied French and English and previously to her university degree she achieved a diploma in Spanish and French. In addition, she studied Creative Writing at the University of Sydney, an Introduction to Community Interpreting at Mary Ward Centre – London, French at the Alliance Française in Sydney, Perth (Australia) and at the Centre de Langue Française Vientiane – Laos (Asia). She also studied short courses like Introduction to Journalism (Online Classes Australia), Language Assessment of Bilingual Children: Meeting the Challenge (Bilinguistics), Semantic and Syntactic Patterns in the English Language Learner (Bilinguistics), Category Generation of Bilingual Children (Bilinguistics), Insight into Translation Workshop, Basic Notions of Tourism, Translator’s Conferences and Behaviour Management Course with Universal Class.
